Sarah Boone is a graduate of Westminster Choir College with both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Music Education. During her time at Westminster, she had opportunities to teach choir and general music to grades K-12. While voice is her primary instrument, Ms. Boone also plays piano, clarinet, and ukulele and teaches private voice and piano lessons. Ms. Boone teaches EEC Music and Gym, 5th-8th General Music, and the Upper School Elite, Men's and Women's Ensembles at Caravel Academy. She also directs Glee Club, and is the Junior Tri-M Music Honor Society Advisor, and the Senior Tri-M Music Honor Society Co-Advisor. Ms. Boone is also an active member of DMEA (Delaware Music Educators Association), NAfME (National Association for Music Educators) and the ACDA (American Choral Directors Association). When she is not teaching, Ms. Boone enjoys reading, singing in the University of Delaware Schola Cantorum, taking care of her pets and plants, and painting.
