"To capture the true spirit of the Espirit de Corps you must live it both inside and outside the music room door!"

Each year our choir and bands travel to various competitions in the spring! Our 5th & 6th grade and 7th & 8th grade ensembles alternate between several locations, many amusement parks in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our High School Bands and Elite, Women and Men's Choirs have traveled the east coast, competing at Six Flags New England, Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens-Williamsburg, Washington, DC and Walt Disney World, to name a few. These annual competitions not only reinforce musical concepts being taught in rehearsals but they also create a sense of pride and camaraderie with the students. The best part is that after all the hard work, the students can enjoy an afternoon of celebrating in the amusement parks with their fellow musicians and friends. The day ends with an award ceremony comprised of all the competing ensembles which is always a memorable experience!
