President (Tony DiOrrio)
a. Will preside at all Boosters meeting and all Board meetings
b. Will perform other duties prescribed in these bylaws or assigned to him/her by the Boosters or by the Board
c. Will coordinate the work of the Board and committees in order that the objectives may be accomplished

Vice President (Jennifer Connolly)
a. Will act as aid to the President
b. Will be responsible for managing any/all activities sponsored or sanctioned by the Boosters
c. Will perform the duties of the President in their absence or inability to serve

Secretary (Tina Few)
a. Will record all business transacted at each Boosters meeting and each Board meeting
b. Will present the minutes for approval at each meeting
c. Will call the meeting to order and preside in the absence of the President and Vice President
d. Will prepare, in consultation with the President, a meeting agenda
e. Will have on hand, at each meeting, a copy of these bylaws, minutes from previous meetings and a list of all committees

Treasurer (Craig Sparacino)
a. Will receive all monies of the Boosters
b. Will keep an accurate record of the receipts and expenditures
c. Will pay out funds in accordance with the approved budget, as authorized by the Boosters Board
d. Will present a financial statement at every Boosters meeting and at other times, as requested by the Board
e. Accounts may be examined, annually, by an audit committee of not less than three (3) members or by an outside consultant who, satisfied that the treasurers annual report is correct, will sign a statement of that fact at the end of the report

Representatives (Choral (Kim Duus), Band (Pam Rousseau), & Theater(Geralyn Aellis))
a. Will represent and advocate for their respective area of involvement related to the Music program at Caravel
b. Will serve on committees and help to form communication plans with the parents of students in their respective area of involvement
