Mrs. Kelly Busovsky is a 1995 graduate of Newark High School and a 1999 Graduate of Shenandoah Conservatory of Music where she received her BME (Bachelor’s of Music Education) with an emphasis in voice. In 2011 Mrs. Busovsky received her Master’s Degree in Applied Technology in Education from Wilmington University. This year will be her 20th year teaching Elementary Music, Beginning, Middle School and High School Choirs at Caravel Academy. Mrs. Busovsky is an active member of DMEA (Delaware Music Educators Association), NAfME (National Association for Music Educators) and the ACDA (American Choral Directors Association). Mrs. Busovsky is also the Chair for Children’s Choirs for the State of Delaware and runs the Delaware Children’s Honor Choir. As the State Chair, she has presented and spoken about children’s choral music at ACDA conferences. Mrs. Busovsky lives in Newark with her husband, son and two dogs.  When she is not with her students, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, Philadelphia sports, coffee and spending time with her family.

Ms. Morgan Wallace is a recent graduate of Susquehanna University where she studied Early Childhood Education and Theatre Arts. Her position at Caravel, as Preschool Teacher and Theatre Director, is everything she could have ever asked for! Ms. Wallace is a Caravel Alumni whose passion for theatre started on the Caravel stage and pushed her to perform in over thirty different shows and begin her directing career before entering college. She is beyond thrilled to share her love of performance and theatrical arts with the students, parents, and faculty at Caravel.

Sarah Boone is a recent graduate of Westminster Choir College. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education in 2020 and with her Master’s Degree in Music Education this past May. While voice is her primary instrument, Ms. Boone also plays piano, clarinet, and ukulele. When Ms. Boone is not teaching, she enjoys taking care of her plants, playing with her two dogs, reading and writing poetry, and painting.

After graduating from Caravel in 2015, Mr. Ross Forney earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Delaware in 2020. He began his teaching career at Caravel just after graduating, teaching music to Middle School and EEC students and is now the director of bands for grades 4-12. Mr. Forney enjoys playing with his dog and discovering new music for Caravel students to play.
