This is a 50/50 tuition scholarship raffle in which one-half (1/2) of the proceeds raised will be paid to Caravel Academy on behalf of the child listed on the winning raffle ticket. If you do not have a child enrolled at Caravel Academy, payment will be made to the person listed on the ticket.
The drawing will be held May 17th, 2018 at the Spring Fine Arts Festival.You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail on or before May 31, 2018.
The cost to participate is $10.00 for 1 chance, $20.00 for 4 chances, and $30.00 for 10 chances.
Participation in this fundraiser does not constitute a contract with Caravel Academy and is not limited to Caravel Academy students. For a winning student enrolled at Caravel Academy, the tuition scholarship will be paid to Caravel Academy by May 31, 2018. If you are not contracted with Caravel Academy, the winning proceeds will be paid directly to the purchaser of the ticket on or before May 31, 2018.
Additional tickets can be picked up in the bins outside Mrs. Busovsky’s/Mrs. Salerni’s/Mr. Merritt's rooms. You may also make copies of this form, if additional tickets are needed. Return tickets along with your check or cash to your child’s homeroom teacher.
